Oh yes! I saw that mentioned in one of the fitness youtubers I watched. I forgot his name, I assume it was Jeremy Ethier. He’s amazing when it comes to learning about fitness and health lifestyles! I heard that fasting also makes calorie deficits easier. Thank you for the advice comrade! :))

It makes sense that deficits would be easier since you have less time to eat :)
