Honestly the map still feels very incomplete.

It is. Turkey has absolutely been a target, the CIA was for sure neck deep in the attempted Gulen coup against Erdogan not too long ago. Also there is no way Thailand and Myanmar have not been targeted by the CIA, even if just through the NED. In Myanmar at the moment there is an armed Contra type rebellion going around killing government workers and civilians alike, and this definitely has CIA fingerprints all over it. And i’m also sure that pretty much every country involved in the Belt and Road Initiative is a target in one way or another. Argentina too, but i would bet that the CIA was involved there way before that, Peronism may not have been all that radical but the US always prefers either super right wing neoliberal regimes or military dictatorships, and what do you know, Argentina had both of those at some point. Yemen also, with having at one point had a socialist government, definitely had - and probably still has what with the Saudi’s war there - CIA crawling all over it. And i’m sure they were in way more African countries than this map shows.

In fact in my opinion the map should just show the countries where the CIA has NOT been involved, though frankly i’m not sure there are more than a handful. Iceland probably is one of them, but that’s about the only one i am confident about.

Also Operación Condor in Argentina and Paraguay, that part should also be red.
